Optional certification titles that you may request are Certified Stress Management Technician, Certified Pain Management Technician or Certified Alternative Healthcare Practitioner. NTCB Technician Application Technician Malpractice Insurance: Technicians supervised by you may become members of the Biofeedback Association of North America without being certified and obtain $2/10 Million dollar malpractice and $ 2/3 Million dollar general liability insurance plus $100 K for damages to your premises caused by the technician for a fee of $200 to $250 a year. Credit Card Merchant Accounts: Under our group plan you can obtain a credit card merchant account and a secure, completely confidential gateway for only $10 a month plus less than a 2% credit card fee. Members who use this service report a savings of almost 50% on their total credit card merchant account fees. Website and Banner Creation: MBACB has contracted an excellent price with IPX Services for the following web site services: Banner Design - IPX Services will design a banner for your website to your satisfaction for $100 which represents a $150 savings from their regular price of $250 per banner. This benefit is only available to MBACB members for a business or professional web site banner. Website Design - IPX Services will build your web site up to six full pages for $100 which represents a savings of $150 or more from their regular $250 - $450 price. This benefit is only available to MBACB members for a business or professional web site. Website and Banner Design - IPX Services will provide both the Banner Design and Website Design benefits described above for $175 per web site. This benefit is only available to MBACB members for a business or professional web site. Web Hosting for personal web sites - IPX Services can provide you with your own web site for personal use for $50 a year. The size of your package is 10 Megabytes which will accommodate about 25 pages of text or 10 pages of images and photos. The usual fee for this service is $15 a month. You must be a MBACB member to receive this benefit. Members who select this benefit may also avail themselves of the banner design, website design or both as explained above. (Note: IPX Services will not provide any services for any pornographic or other illegal activities.) URL Registration - IPX Services will register your URL in your name or the name of your business for $15.00 a year. You may also elect to register your URL anonymously through Secret Registrations for $25.00 a year. If you choose this option, your name will not be released except when required by law to do so. (Note: Pornographic material on your web site is the primary cause of legal intervention by the courts. For this reason, IPX Services will not provide any services for any pornographic or other illegal activities.)
